I have a close friend who’s been pressing me to try some golf swing training for a number of years, and I’ve always been resistant. Last month I finally relented and tried out one of our local golf instructors. I didn’t really expect the whole thing to work out, but the end result was absolutely fantastic. I’ve never seen my game improve by such a great margin in such a short time. Now I’m kind of regretful that I didn’t try some professional golf swing training sooner. I’m definitely going to continue studying with this guy, and I can’t wait to see what kinds of results he gets for me in the future.

I told a friend of mine recently that he shouldn’t be so resistant to taking golf swing lessons. His putting game is solid, and overall he’s a promising player, but he’s not hitting the ball as far as he should be, and he’s not very consistent with his accuracy. I think he would be wise to take some golf swing lessons from one of the nearby trainers, or maybe order some DVD’s from the Internet.

I think I’ve convinced him, and I’m sure he’ll do a lot better with a little bit of instruction. Getting your swing up to par can be a tough process, but he has some real potential, so I’m glad he’s taking my advice.

I was giving my friend some golf instruction the other day, and he’s really been helped by it. I’m starting to wonder if I might have what it takes to become a professional instructor. I’ve been golfing for years, and people are always coming to me and asking for help. I have learned a few tricks that make it easier to teach people, and I think I’ve become pretty good at providing people with reliable golf instruction. The only question I have is whether or not the job would lose its charm once I’m doing it for a living. Things tend to become less enjoyable when you start relying on them for your income. It’s something I’ll have to think about.
