We can limit our golf expenses by taking instruction in public or even private groups, and in the beginning, this is often the best option. It is cost-effective, and it provides an effective learning environment. However, as we evolve as a golfer, we eventually need the individual attention that one-on-one golf instruction can give to us. There simply is not enough time in a group session to ask all of the questions that we need answered.

While I would not suggest that the added cost of one-on-one golf instruction is the right choice for the novice, it certainly can be for the intermediate player and beyond. If the cost of one-on-one golf instruction is too prohibitive, consider mixing in a one-on-one lesson into a regular schedule of group lessons. Another option is to seek the one-on-one attention through video analysis of your swing.

I tried this place out last week that was offering guaranteed golf instruction. They promised to give your money back if you didn’t get immediate improvements on the green. I decided to give it a try, and I was quite pleased. I was quite skeptical going in, but the exercises they taught me really did give results. When I initially took the offer, I thought I would probably be asking for my money back, but they really delivered on their promises. It is one of the rare examples in my experience where somebody promised the moon and actually delivered. There are other places out there offering guaranteed golf instruction, and I’m not sure if they all deliver the same results, but I think it’s worth a try.

I bought a video with some basic golf instructions last week, and I tried them out today on the course. I’m already hitting the ball farther and straighter. I can’t believe how much they helped me, and I’m loaning the tapes to my friend. We’ve both taken golf instructions in the past, but neither one of us has reached the level we are aiming for.

In the future, I hope I can find some more advanced tapes for golf instructions. I think videos are a better way for me to learn, because I respond well to doing things at my own pace, and I get nervous when I’m under pressure. You can also save a lot of money.

Would you rather spend a ton of money on a golf lesson or receive free information online that you can implement yourself? Unless you enjoy spending money, it will probably be the latter option. You can simply do this by visiting any golf instruction blog.

A golf instruction blog can offer the basics as well many new strategies that the average player would have never otherwise thought of. You can also sometimes open correspondence with the blog writer and share tips. This is not only a good way to network, but an excellent way to improve your golf game. As with most things in life, information is the key to success. The best part about this is that it’s free.
